Emphasis on middle school and high school aged students.  Pastor our students and pastor our youth leadership team. Plan and execute student services, discipleship, and all aspects of student ministry. We have a strong youth ministry team to assist you.

 

Emphasis in the process of helping interested people (especially new attendees and online observers) become familiar with our culture and leading them on an adventure with our serve team.  More insight on the necessary commitment level will be discussed during the interview process with an opportunity for feedback.

 

Working closely with church leaders and lead pastor to fulfill the church vision and gladly participate in the action-packed mission of the church. There is a grassroots element to this position, meaning we focus our growth around community, not any organization or leader.  As a team, we consistently seek to invent new ways to minister to a rapidly changing culture. This is an opportunity to sit at our round table with prayer, thought, vision, accountability and a positive attitude.
