At River Life Church, our Kids Ministry is dedicated to nurturing the spiritual growth of children from infants to 5th grade.
On Sundays, our nursery welcomes infants to 5-year-olds, providing a safe and loving environment. Kids Church, for kindergarten to 5th grade, begins after children are dismissed following worship, just before the sermon.
Safety
Safety of your children is our top priority. All children (from infancy through 5th grade) are checked in electronically to ensure their security.
Each child receives a nametag with a unique number, and parents or guardians receive a corresponding tag that must be presented when picking up their child. This system ensures that only authorized individuals can sign out children.
Additionally, every volunteer and staff member serving in our children’s ministry has undergone a thorough background check. Your peace of mind and your child’s safety are of utmost importance to us.

River Life Nursery
Open During Sunday Service
Newborns – 5 year olds.
Your child will learn about Jesus, and have free play and a snack.
River Life Kids Church
Kindergarten – 5th Grade
Every Sunday morning, we meet in the Fellowship Hall after being dismissed from church service. Each child and guardian receive a tag upon sign-in, and the guardian must present the tag at pick-up. Our sessions begin with prayer requests from the children, followed by a devotional, Bible scripture reading, songs, crafts, games, and discussions.
Wednesday Night Kids
Kindergarten to 5th Grade
We meet in the modular building from 7-8 pm every Wednesday night, where children stay until a parent picks them up. The evening begins with pledges and prayer requests, followed by Bible story study, crafts, activities, and occasional Bible-related movies. Each night includes refreshments, and children decorate the bulletin board monthly. Weather permitting, we end with playtime on the playground.
BGMC Sunday
River Life Kids proudly participate in BGMC (Boys and Girls Missionary Challenge). One Sunday each month, our kids are encouraged to bring all the change they can find from home to donate to BGMC’s missionary work, teaching them the joy of giving and supporting global missions.
