Associate Pastor
Location: Dunnellon, Florida

About the position:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum Five Years of Ministry Leadership Experience
• Ordained
• Family Oriented Leader
• Reports Directly to Lead Pastor
• Attitude is Everything

1. Youth Program. Emphasis on middle school and high school aged students.  Pastor our teenage students.  Also, pastor our adult youth leadership team and teach the adult leadership team to be pastors and preachers.  Allow leaders to preach and teach for the  benefit of their own growth, for the benefit of our youth, and for our over all church growth.  As often as needed, fill any given necessary youth program role to maintain fluidness. 
2. Lead Groups. Emphasis on Leading Leaders in a variety of ministries in the life of our church.  Plan meetings to teach, train, partner and pastor our volunteers to develop their God given abilities to lead others. 
3. Emphasis in the process of helping interested people (especially new attendees and online observers) become familiar with our church life leading them to become contributing participants.  Please create a team of volunteers by recruiting and training an assimilation team to assist in executing our RLC church assimilation plan. 
4. Dynamic Sunday Morning Preacher.
5. Grass Roots. Will work closely with the lead pastor and other church leaders to fulfill the church vision and gladly participate in the action packed mission of the church.
